Funders

The Teacher Quality Partnership is being funded through the generosity of private foundations such as The Carnegie Corporation of New York, The Joyce Foundation, The Procter & Gamble Fund, Martha Holden Jennings Foundation, Bank One, and The George Gund Foundation - and public sector agencies, including the Ohio Board of Regents, Ohio Department of Education and the federal government's Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE). The support of these organizations confirms their belief that the partnership is asking the right questions and will discover valuable answers. And it reflects their confidence that the participating colleges and universities have the determination - and political will - to translate these answers into new practices that will benefit teachers and students everywhere.
